Help with our site

How do your trail ratings work?
We have an entire page that explains how we rate trails.

How often do you add trails to the site?
We add trails as often as we can. In order to get information about each trail we need to either bike or hike. We're spending as much time on the trail as we can.

Where can I find out more about what is on this site?
Our site guide section gives a brief overview of the major sections of the site. Visit it to familarize yourself with the site.

Help with my Mountain Bike

What mountain bike is right for me?
The only right answer to this one is a bike that you're comfortable on. If you like riding your bike, and it fits your riding style, then you have the right bike. If you're looking for a new bike, visit our anatomy of a mountain bike page for a few tips.

What components should I buy for my mountain bike?
There are so many components out there that we're not even going to try to answer this one. Check out the hundreds of product reviews available from MTB Review.com - probably the best review site on the net.

What's the highest point in my state, and can I hike there?
